My father went in today looking for some new work boots. He always runs into trouble because he wears a 14ee or a 15 and no place carries these sizes. Also he has wide ankles and high arches. Cameron and tammie were the ones working today and went out of their way to help him. Listening to his problems he had with previous shoes and what he wanted and didnt want in a new boot. They raided the work room looking for every size 14 and 15 they had and paid close attention to his likes and dislikes. Not only did they find the perfect shoe for him but also helped him find insoles that would work for his line of work. All in all it was a great experience and we found great shoes that were very affordable. Not only that, we got a 10%discount for being first time customers! This is where we will always bring our business for work shoes!

I bought my boots about 6 months ago and had problems with the fit. Went back up to the redwing store in bitleson and let me tell you best customer service in town hands down. They fixed me up and got my fit right. Super thankful and what an awesome group of employees. Look no further for boots.

They performed flawlessly in one of the toughest environments imaginable, giving me the support I needed every single day. Very good service and easy shopping experience. The store manager, Mike, was fun to talk to and definitely took care of me. He even hooked me up with a free polish! I would definitely recommend this spot.

Misty and Shawn were AMAZING. They helped my husband tremendously, took their time to help him find the right boot and after nothing was working they gave him the option to stretch his new red wing ones we had in the car and provided him with the insoles needed to help him be comfortable. 10/10 will make the drive always to come to this location! Best customer service ever. Mike knew exactly what kind of boots i would need for the type of work. And they went above and beyond to pay attention to every detail that I also got the best fitting boots as well. Searched numerous other store and nothing compares. Even just overall great personalities of the employees made it an enjoyable time
